5" Oak or Walnut Base:Imprint Area: 1" x 2" across upper and/or lower quadrant of, or around perimeter of 4" stainless steel plate on top of base
5-1/2" Aluminum Base:Imprint Area: 1" high x 5-1/4" across (on side panels)
All imprinting is done in the silk screen process which adds a particularly rich and detailed look to any logo or imprint and can be matched to most PMS/Pantone colors $40.00 (V).

| ARTWORK | Camera ready art is required. Vector formatted artwork (.eps or .ai) is required for screen printing. Files must be submitted in Illustrator version CS2 or earlier, PC formatted. Changes required on submitted artwork will be billed accordingly. A paper proof of imprint is provided via fax or e-mail on all orders/imprints and approval must be received prior to commencement of production. |
| PREPRODUCTION | Finished preproduction samples are available. Contact factory for quotation. |
| CANCELLATION | Orders in process cannot be changed or canceled without authorization from factory. Labor and material costs required by changes or caused by cancellation will be billed. |
| DELIVERY TIME | Normal delivery time is 5-7 working days following receipt of proof approval. Additional days may be required for large quantity and custom design "topping" orders. RUSH orders are available and charges may be applicable. |
| DROP SHIPMENT | We will ship to multiple destinations as required. Typed ship-to addresses must be provided. A charge of $3.00(X) per location plus normal shipping costs will be invoiced. |

MINIMUM & LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDER |
Minimum order charge is $100.00. Orders for less than catalog minimums are available. Contact factory for quotation. |

We ship exact quantity as specified on purchase orders. |

Factory quotes are valid for 30 days. Catalogue prices are subject to change due to market conditions. Deviations from catalog specifications are subject to quotation by factory. |
| RETURNS | No returns will be accepted without written approval from factory. Requests for any return must be made within one week from date of shipment. A restocking charge may be applicable. |

SHIPPING METHOD |
Normal shipment is via UPS. Large quantity orders are shipped via common carrier trucking firms. It is reccomended that method of shipment be determined at time of order and be reflected on purchase order. Shipping charges quoted upon request. |
